Planetary Pipe Polishing Machine

Eternal Engineering Equipment has developed a Planetary Pipe Polishing Machine, Model SPM-10. This is designed for polishing straight/bent pipes, which can be used by furniture or any pipe industry for mild steel or stainless steel pipes. It is an orbital grinding machine using abrasive belts for grinding, buffing and satin finishing straight or bent items made of stainless steel, brass, iron, aluminium or any other kind of metal having round, oval, elliptical or irregular section. Main feature in comparison with other machine is that this unit is equipped with two independent motors: one for disc rotation and the other for grinding belts rotation. The machine is supplied ready to work with the following standard equipment: motors voltage 400 V/50 Hz; plastic boards to hold work-pieces during process; and abrasive belts in different grits, service keys.
