Planetary Lapping Machine

The company offers a new 3-way double sided Planetary Lapping Machine – the GT-PLM-500 Series. The machine is engineered for production of highly accurate parallel surfaces. These heavy-duty machines are designed to withstand conditions within a production environment while requiring minimum maintenance. The 3-way system has achieved satisfactory follow-up capabilities to the load, which the upper plate is essentially required to have; for this purpose, keeping the upper plate non-rotating is most effective. A pneumatic pressure control system is provided for lifting and lowering the top lap plate. The lapping pressure may be selected accordingly. Accuracy: flatness and parallelism – 2 microns over the surface of Ø 80 mm.
