Anushi Machine & Tools offers Pipe & Tube Machinery. These are used for black and galvanised pipes from N.B. ? '' to 2 1/2", 1" to 4", 4" to 8"; for stainless steel tubes from 1/2" N.B. To 4" N.B.; precision tubes from 12 mm to 100 mm OD; hydro tester; bending machines; end facing machines; pipe straightener; strip straightener; slitting lines; HR slitters; CR slitters with or without loop control capacity up to 30 tonnes coil weight and 2000 mm width; special machines for pipe cutting like chip less and flying saw (manual or automatic). Roll sets are specially designed for open or sectional pipes and spare rolls. Material used for rolls are En-9, En-31 and high carbon high chrome (D2 or D3). Fins are available any size. Material used for fins are En-42 or En-47. Flying saw cutters are from 12" OD To 42" OD and thickness from 2 mm to 12 mm. Material used for flying saws are (chrome vanadium steel) imported. Slitting Cutters are from 8" to 15". Material used for slitting cutters is HcHcr (D2 or D3). Chip less or C.O.C. cutters are available any size. Material used for cutters are En-24 or tungsten steel. Hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders are available any size and power packs for any capacity.
