NITROGEN FLUSHING MACHINES

Vijay Engineering offers Nitrogen Flushing Machines, VE-009V + N. It is basically designed to remove atmospheric impurities by pumping out the air completely and gas purge while packing. To preserve the edible (such as dry fruits, grain, pluses, spices, pickles, oil eatable stuffs, etc), from contamination by germs and bacteria, it is equipped with gas flushing system. This packing process uses nitrogen gas as preservative media. The machine can be used for simultaneous vacuum and flushing process or it can perform each process (vacuum or flushing) individually before sealing operation. It works with sequence timer or optional PLC controller. It is protected thoroughly from moisture and contamination.
