Mobile Hydraulic Tube Working Machine

Suhas Hydrosystems has developed a mobile hydraulic tube working machine which integrates several functions like tube cutting, tube deburring, tube bending and ferrule crimping.The tube cutting unit cuts the tube square to the axis of the tube which is essential in various end applications.Tube deburring unit removes the burr and generates a small chamfer of 0.5 mm x 30?, which helps to process the tube for further operations. The tube bending unit is a draw bender with an automatic hydraulic clamping with mandrel arrangement for superior bend quality. The machine can accommodate maximum tube dia of 42 mm and can produce bends as sharp as 2D. Length over mandrel can vary between 1,200 mm to 5,000 mm, depending on customers' requirements. Ferrule crimping unit can be used to crimp the ferrule with accurate pressure which gets adjusted automatically when the tool is loaded. 37? flaring unit can be provided with the machine as an optional feature. All actuator movements are hydraulic and can be achieved simply by pressing the lever. All units are modular and can be added or deleted depending on customers' requirements. The entire machine is powered by a 2 HP electric motor. Four wheels are provided so it can be moved to a place where piping work is required to be done. The machine is an ideal choice for piping work of hydraulic machines, chemical plants, etc.
