Microcut ZNC EDM
Microcut ZNC EDM has an integral design with compact footprint. The machine has two-door, large work tank and a large table traverse. High precision DC servomotor is available for Z-axis. It has a position measuring system (X, Y, Z) with incremental linear scale and has a programmable Z-axis. It adopts the pre-pressing high precision bearing working with high precision ball screw with good rigidity.
- Table range: 280x450 (mm) to 700x1200 (mm).
- Working tank range: 800x490x280 to 2000x1000x550 (mm).
- Rate of electrode wear: 0.2%.
- Surface finish: 0.3RA.
- X-axis travel range: 250mm to 700mm.
- Y-axis travel range: 200mm to 600mm.
- Z-axis travel range: 200mm to 300mm.
- It has a safe machining circuit and has a high efficiency and high quality discharge processing.
- Home energy discharging produces fine finish with minimum loss and high speed.
- It has programmable EDM parameters with an adaptive ARC control.
- The precision DC servomotor works on a fuzzy control theory.
