Product range includes: Cut off Wheel Machine & Diamond saw for Rock Cutting (For Metallographic and Petrolographic Samples): It is used for quick and clean cutting of metallurgical and petrographic specimen from small pieces of rocks & minerals or metallic parts by using appropriate Abrasives or Diamond Impregnated Wheels. Dry Belt Surfacer (Single belt): Dry belt Surfacer is a continuous belt sander. It is used for removing sharp edges and for rough polishing of mounted/ unmounted specimens. Grinding /Polishing Machines: Single Disc/ Two Disc/ Three Disc Grinding/ Polishing Machine: These are designed for Polishing and Grinding metallographic, petrographic and mineral samples. Specimen Mounting Press: This machine is used for mounting metallographic and petrographic specimen in suitable plastic and bakelite medium so as to make them convenient for handling in the subsequent polishing operation as well as for edge retention. Specimen Leveller: This provides a simple positive method for ensuring that the specimen surface is exactly perpendicular to the axis of the Microscope. Electrolytic Polisher cum etcher: It is used in preparation of metallographic samples. Electrolytic Polishing renders distortion free finely polished samples in seconds.
