Shivaji Engineering Works is engaged in improvement/automation/design and manufacturing of measuring/welding/forming SPM. The company provides end-to-end solutions in the following functional areas: special purpose machines - forming/rolling along with tooling, measuring equipment, welding SPM and any customer specified machine; low cost automation - pick and place, orientation changes, positioners and loading/unloading for SPMs; fixtures (manual/auto) - measuring fixtures, welding fixtures, machining fixtures, assembly fixtures; and material handling equipment - both manual and power driven. In addition it also undertakes projects related to: improvements in existing machine/process (upgradations); and auto loading, unloading, locating, etc. It has expertise in: design, manufacturing and erection of the following: roll forming machines along with the tooling (with auto loading and unloading); MIG welding SPM with complete automation; PC operated measuring SPM; and economical automation of SPMs.
