DKSH Technology offers Material Processing Machines, Escomatic NM 64x/Plus. It is used for material diameter up to 6.35 mm from coil or bar. Its features are: rotating tool head with 12000 RPM; 4 independent cutting tools; high cutting speeds; no cutoff burr; short and fast change over as well as flexibility with set-up; production of parts with tighter tolerances is made possible by using an adjustable guide bush which can be used also as a collet during cutoff; higher economy due to less waste of material ends, labour-saving material handling and smaller floor occupation because of the use of coil material; higher performance due to the proximity of the cutting tools to the work piece and a continuous material feed of stock; safe 24 hours production; and high ergonomic handling and simple ISO programming. The machines of the NM64X/Plus series are available in different versions: NM640 equipped only with a counter collet for the turning of simple parts; NM643F with a front machining unit with three spindles and counter collet and as an option with a spindle for cross drilling or milling operations; NM643D or NM 643D/Plus equipped with back machining unit with three spindles and counter collet or C-axis (Plus version) and as an option with one or two spindles for cross drilling or milling operations; NM646 or NM646/Plus with front and back machining unit as well as up to three additional spindles for cross-drilling or milling operations as option (NM649/Plus version).
