Looper Roller

Kriton Weld Equipments Pvt Ltd offers a Looper Roller. Loop rollers are auxiliary equipments and are attachments to the strip-coil seam welders in steel processing lines. Such equipments are provided on either strip-entry side of welder or strip-exit side of the welder or at both sides. The equipment is in-variably pneumatically operated and connected to the welder automation and/or line automation. These rollers are made of special material to withstand long life and well balanced on bearings. The company manufactures a wide range of special purpose welding equipment suitably designed for customers’ job and production requirements. Latest electronic controls and automation for SPM machines are routine at the company. It has developed, with its highly qualified and technically trained team, various welding equipment in arc and resistance welding with latest addition in series of overlap seam welders of special designs and controls used in steel processing industries and steel plants having continuous galvanizing, pickling, annealing, cleaning, tension levelling and slitting lines of CR sheets, etc.
