Log Slicing (Tape Slicing) Machine

Log Slicing Machine performs cutting operation on 2 log bars at the same time. This model is more suitable for small winding lengths (up-to 25 meters) of PVC tapes or PTFE tapes. This machine accepts core size of 38 mm and 76 mm. The cutting assembly advances through the required width of cutting after each cutting stroke. Micro controller and stepper driven ball screw mechanism of the highest quality control the machine. Cutting width, Number of Reels and Coolant Actuation is programmable. Slicing speed is 30 strokes/minute, resulting in combined production of 60 reels per minute.
