R&D department of Paradise Engg Products has developed Hydraulic Iron Worker. This machine is useful for steel fabricators, body builders, wagon builders, tower makers and shipbuilders. It is a multipurpose 5-station machine to shear 100 x 100mm angle, 100 mm channel, 32 mm dia round and square bar, 350 mm long x 10 mm thick plate, to punch 25 mm dia holes in 10 mm plate thickness. Vee and square knotches can be done on angles, channels and plates. The machines are well engineered and robustly designed. All the components are made of alloy steel, duly hardened and ground. All toolings are made from good quality die steel and are easily changeable. The hydraulic system is activated by shielded flexible foot control. Accurate power inching and limit switches are provided for tool setting and stroke control. The machine is compact and bears an 18-month warranty for all manufacturing defects.
