Industrial Punches

Advance Engineering Corporation manufactures - standard industrial punches from imported high quality high speed steel and high carbon high chrome steel depending upon the need of the customer. Punches are also made out of OHNS for shorter runs. Punches undergo heat treatment process to produce good quality. Punches are hardened and tempered to 60-62 RC for HC-HCr punches and 62-64 for HSS and ground to very fine finish. Ejector pins are made from hot die H11 hardened an tempered to 45-40 hardness. These pins are also nitrided as per customer's requirement. Ejector pins are also made out of OHNS/En-31 and are used in plastic moulding dies and hardened to 45-50 RC. These pins are economical for use in plastic moulding dies. Ejector pins and punches are also made to customers' specifications from drawings, sketches or samples.
