Industrial Decoilers

Precision Springs offers a range of Industrial Decoilers constructed from superior grade materials by utilising latest technology as per the industry standards. Both motorised as well as non-motorised decoilers are available. The decoiler is used along with the straightener and feeder in order to automate the process for power press. This is used to hold the coil of sheet and de-coil the sheet as per the speed of power press. These de-coilerd possess the following characteristics: heavy fabricated base; self-centring type jaws (4 units); easy opening and closing of jaws controlled by handle; loop control system to control the speed of decoiling in case of motorised and mechanical break in case of non-motorised; and safety covers to avoid accidents. The decoilers are manufactured according to requirements of customers.
