Induction sealing is a non-contact heating process that accomplishes the hermetic sealing of a container with a closure that includes a heat-sealable foil laminate. To keep products: tamper evident, hermetically sealed, maintained fresh, free from oxidation and contamination, sealed for consumer confidence, leak and evaporation resistant. Features: latest IGBT technology; overload protection; soft start; maximum operator safety; efficient; fault indicator; user friendly and maintenance free; no foil detector system; no flow indicator; and stalled bottle detector system. This system requires water-cooling. Speed: 20ft/60 ft per minute.
