Electronic & Engineering Co (I) P Ltd offers Horizontal Bench Type Equipment, Model EFS-500. This is a multidirectional magnetisation unit with capability to magnetize up to 5000 A. It provides alternating current (AC) and full wave DC (FWDC) as test current for effective magnetisation and surface and subsurface detection of cracks. It can be used in industries like forging shops, aircraft, overhaul stations, heat treatment plants where high magnetising currents are required with high level of accuracy. These are also available in 2000/3000/4000/6000/8000 and 10000 amperes.
Options: auto combination shot facility; rotating head and tailstock for 360° inspection of jobs; central conductor facility for inspection of hollow cylindrical parts; automatic magnetization; coils of 8", 12", 16", 20", 25", 30" for jobs of different diameters; and job loading, job holding, job clamping facilities also available as on request.
