Features: programme - the storage capacity of programme is 99 programmes and one programme capacity is 99 cuts in this machine; the accuracy of the programmes is 0.01 mm or .001 inch; conversion in inch and mm fraction is also possible; label mode - single cut and multi cut; back gauge accuracy control through grinded guide system; frame, tables and knife holder of graded cast iron; high grade material to withstand wear, strain and stress; air cushion table for easy movement of heavy stock; infra-red photo cell safety device; adjustable variable clamping pressure 300 to 4500 kg; drive gearbox - the worm gear drive has ground worm, need less power than any other conventional drive; the gears are running in oil bath; latest hydraulic power pack unit double pressure cylinder; precision cutting lighting on cutting edge; knife is easily changeable and adjustable by single operator; and extended side tables for stocking.
