Gravity Die Casting Machine

Ganesh Quality Machines Pvt Ltd offers a tiltable Gravity Die Casting Machine. This is specialised for non-ferrous metals like aluminium, lead and copper alloys with wide range of options available to meet the need of foundries. The machine is a "C" frame type structure, fabricated out of steel plates with one fixed plate and one moving plate guided by four rear guide bars made up of hard coated chrome bars and supported by bottom slides to take heavy die weight. Both plates are provided with core extractor or ejection of the castings. Salient features: PLC controlled automatic type push buttons; and tilting speed can be controlled manually by adjusting flow control valve. Established in 1978, Ganesh Quality Machines Pvt Ltd started with manufacturing of foundry equipment like sand mixers, mullers, ladles, etc. The company now manufactures both Shell sand and green sand foundry machines and sand preparation equipment, resin sand preparation equipment, core making machines, shell moulding machine, conveyors, meta handling equipment, and all gravity die casting machines. It also manufactures special purpose machines as per requirement of foundries. The company is a pioneer in developing the following machines for the first time in India:
