Foam in Place Gasket Machine

Speciality Urethanes offers ‘GluBOT’ Foam in Place Gasket (FIPG) machine suitable to produce in place PU gaskets for enclosure panel doors, drum lids, industrial lamp reflector covers and lampshades. It is a 2-axis motion router with meter + mix + dispense processing unit of multi-component polyurethane materials to produce in place gasket. It is indigenously designed and developed for ease of operation and consistent quality performance. GluBOT is available in 3 table sizes to suit the market requirements. It works with fully auto logic process controlled, user-friendly HMI. The high accuracy is achieved by synchronised operations of servo controlled close loop motion and processing pumps. The profile motion performs in ±0.5 mm tolerance. GluBOT assures seamless precise gasket of any geometric profile. Drop free nozzle with recycling dynamic mixing valve guarantees quality mixing and dispensing with auto clean and flushing cycle. It offers user-friendly software for selection of profile and gasket size and other operational controls and parameters. Once the profile and gasket size is selected, GluBOT will produce uniform and seamless PU gasket with very excellent sealing properties to achieve IP norms. GluBOT also provides facility to import CAD/DXF file for customised profiles. Speciality Urethanes also supplies raw materials and extends the technical support for the same. Working demonstration is arranged on request. GluBOT can work with other raw materials of PU also.
