Flovell Dispensers & Systems offers automatic fluid applying machines, Model F01A Series. The fluids to be dispensed are filled in the barrel fitted with a suitable gauge needle at the dispensing tip. The barrel is then interfaced to the electro-pneumatic controller, which governs the quantity to be dispensed. The dosage is controlled by setting dispensing time, pressure and the nozzle orifice (needle size). These dispensers can be conveniently used for dispensing RTV silicone, anaerobics/butyl sealants, etc, directly from manufacturer"s cartridge of 300 ml by using our cartridge holder. The material can either be dispensed through the tapered plastic nozzle (provided with cartridge) or through a suitable gauge needle from the needle set by using screw lock adapter. With the help of vacuum pick-up pencil small components having weight up to 300 gm can be picked and placed on your work-piece in any direction. For heavy-duty users it is recommended to use filtered and regulated compressed air supply at 100 PSI max. The F01A uses a specially designed compact electro-pneumatic circuit to control dispensing to micro-litre accuracies.
