Flexible Arm Tapping Machines

Hytek Marketing offers Roscamat flexible arm tapping machines from Spain. These machines are pneumatically operated and can be used for tapping dia from M3 to M24. The machines are available in two models - R-300 and R-500 - with a working area of 1 metre and 2 metre radius. Positioning heads are also available for tapping in various angular positions apart from horizontal and vertical. These machines are especially useful for mould and die makers, manufacturers of machines parts and tools, small and medium quantity batches and can also be used as auxiliary units in mechanisation centres thus allowing to simultaneously carry out tapping and other operations and optimise the manufacturing process. Roscamat machines are in wide use as accessories to machining centres for tapping operations. Since the machine is pneumatic, it becomes portable as it can be used in any place having pneumatic connection. The Roscamat flexible arms can be used for other operations like welding, soldering, polishing, riveting, chamfering, other inserting operations, etc, using various attachments.
