Press Room Automation & Feed Fixtures (India) Pvt Ltd offers a compact type Decoiler cum Straightener, a quality product for coil feeding in press feeding lines. The system comprises of single spindle decoiler along with driven straightener mounted ahead of it. The unique feature of the system is that as it is mounted on same base structure, the alignment with respect to each other saves space and installation time. These are available in various models with fixed speed/AC variable speed and having loop control system to synchronize with press-feeding speed along with control panel. The decoiler and straightener heads are selected from a standard range to offer modularity and fast deliveries and still maintain the quality levels of individual equipment. Press Room Automation group has many first to its credit since it started promoting press automation in 1986.

This includes: First Indian pneumatic feeder; concept of complete automated lines in small scale and medium scale industry; first to introduce heavy-duty press feed lines for 6mm to 10mm thickness coils for automobile segment; precision component leveller with full automation for loading and unloading; and first NC servo roll feeder.
