Crankshaft Balancing Machine

Model YQW-160B hard bearing crankshaft balancing machine is specialised for automatic measuring and balancing of crankshafts below 160 kg (manual loading and unloading). This machine extends to crankshaft with four or six cylinders. It consists of main driving system, automatic platoon filings installment, lubrication and cooler system, electric automatic control system and computer measuring system. It has complete functions with man-to-machine dialogue operation and report printing function. Computer measuring ability of decomposition and calculation satisfies the calculation of different plane. The measuring unit has the required ability of resolution and calculation. It meets the requirement of resolution and calculation for the different plane of crankshafts. It also can correct the unbalance value and phase on each plane of the crankshaft with a multipoint resolution. Crankshaft is balanced by the automatic control system, which controls the drills truncating machine to remove the unbalance according to the result measured.
