Crankshaft Balancing Machine

Reckers Automation India offers a crankshaft balancing machine, Model YQW-160S. This machine is specialised for the balance of crankshafts. Stepless speed is available when the machine is equipped with frequency adaptor, instead of 3 steps of speed like YQW-160. Based on the model YQW-160, it is specially equipped with vertical mass removing device (manual) and horizontal mass removing device (manual). The vertical mass-removing device removes the mass on the sector of the crankshaft while the horizontal one balances the assembly of the flywheel for the crankshaft. It solves the problem that YQW-160 has only the measuring function but not automatic balancing, which will certainly reduce the circle time. Measuring unit of ST642 (original CAB642) with the technology transferred from Germany, has a wide application range as well as features a stable digital indication and the ability of 15 correction planes as maximum. Meanwhile, the advantage of high efficiency and stable measuring precision is guaranteed. Printer is optional for reports recording. Depth sensor is optional for drilling depth indication.
