Corrugation Machine, Oblique Type

Challenger International offers single face oblique type corrugation machine with twin shaft motorised reel stand. This has more production capacity than vertical type corrugation machine. The approximate output of the machine is 80 RFT per minute. This machine comes with one pre heater also. Specifications: sizes – 42”, 45”, 52” and 62”; motor rating – 7 HP for 42” size, 9.5 HP for other; heating load – 25 kW for 42” and 45” sizes, 31 kW for 52” and 62” sizes; weight approx – 3.8, 4.1, 4.5 and 5.0 MT; and floor space – 7.5’x 15’, 8.0’x 15’, 8.5’x 15’ and 9.5’x 15’.
