Core Laying Machines

Core Laying Machines provide laying of power cables and are available in different sizes. The machines are useful in laying 3½ or 4 core of power cables. The cable insulation is protected from surface cracking due to bending by way of an M.S. capstan with a high radius. The machines have Akash gearboxes that help them to rotate both clockwise and anti-clockwise, in order to make various cage speeds ranging from 100-180 RPM. The machine has an adjustable dye-holder systems, which slides up to 300 mm to 450 mm and is capable of adopting a hollow dye in two half round shape according to the cable size.
