Copper Coating Unit is fabricated with high quality raw material in observance with the international quality standards using the high-developed equipments and latest technology. The SS 316 structure is operated by pneumatic cylinder, copper coating tank is fabricated with FRP, pulleys are made up of special material that gives acid resistance and wear resistance to prevent grooving are some of its effective and essential features.
The tank consists of:
- Pickling
- Washing
- Coppering
- Washing
- Lubricant for the final skin-pass die
- Maximum wire speed is 12.5 m / sec.
- Pneumatic tilting device is provided to lift the SS structure.
- A vertical rotating die arrangement is provided for skin-pass above lubricant section.
