Boschert CU Profi
The CU Profi CNC Punching machine was developed specifically for the efficient processing of copper bars. These machines are equipped with five tool stations and handle copper bars in length of either 3 or 6 meters with thickness to 12 mm.

Boschert CU WK II
In the CUWK Boschert has developed a universal solution for the punching of copper bars. The machine can be adapted to almost any customer requirement. Each CUWK machine is built to the customers unique needs including size of machine and number of tools. The machine is also able to punch material up to 15 mm thick. IN the five-tool station there can be one shearing station with an 80x8mm or 50X10 mm parting tool. Two of the stations can be equipped with multi tool to give a total of up to 15 tools. Additionally the CUWK can be equipped with a tapping unit as a separate sixth head.

• The automatic tool lubrication serves to increase tool life. (Standard)
• Tapping and drilling attachment for the threads M3 up to M12 and smaller drilled holes in thicker copper bars. (Only CU WK II)
• CNC/CAD software to import DXF -files into machine language, calculated punch time, graphic simulation (option)
• Belt conveyor for waste of CUWK II
