HESS India offers a Concrete Products Machine, Multimat RH 500. This has all advancements in research, design and manufacturing over the past 60 years have contributed to the development of this type of machines. Multimat RH 500 is a starter machine as a semi or fully automatic version. It has a very compact structure, and is capable of producing curbstones, pavers, hollow blocks or similar concrete products in a semi-automatic or fully automatic version. The RH 500 has a heavy-duty, compact structure with advanced electronic, pneumatic and mechanical modules. It can produce slabs, pavers, hollow blocks and similar concrete products in moderate production output. With a production height from 50-300 mm it offers a wide range of products. The positive height stop allows products to be produced to a specific, accurate height, such as building blocks. Technical data: production boards – 1200 x 670 mm (without legs), 1300 x 670 mm (with legs); production area – 1100 x 620 mm (without legs), 1100 x 620 mm (with legs); production height – 50-300 mm, up to date; electrical control – Siemens S7, compact hydraulic power pack, and stone height control.
