Cnc Universal Spring Former

HTC, Taiwan, offers HTC26X Universal Spring Former, which is of the latest generation in spring making machines. Using a moveable X-Y multiple tool holder, rotating quill, rotating wire, servo winder and multiple-tool holder, the HTC-26X can produce the most difficult springs and wire forms without a tool change. Setup time is very short. Features of the HTC-26X include: 7 servo motors, providing camless operation; rotating quill for any required position; a variety of tools, installed on the multiple tool holder, and positioned by the X-Y movement of the tool holder; a servo winder, which can be installed on the multiple tool holder for winding and/or bending; a micro pulse hand wheel, which is used to run every motor either in manual mode or auto mode for very easy setup and programming; specially designed feed rollers to provide wire change; and one additional motor is available for added operations. HTC also manufactures various other models of CNC Spring Formers, CNC Spring Coiling Machines, Electric Furnaces (for stress relieving and tempering of springs), Automatic Wire Decoilers, Parts Collectors and Electrostatic Air Cleaners.
