Cell Inserters

Industrial Components Co offers a Cell Inserter, Model GMWCS-3. This machine feeds insulation paper from the reel, folds and cuts it to a preset length forms it to suit the shape of stator slot, inserts it into the slot and indexes the stator to next slots. This machine repeats the above actions in a cycle until all slots insulated. The only thing the operator has to do is to load and unload the stator on the core nest and depress button to start inserting. Then, the operation of inserting cell is finished. This machine has a robust construction and is compactly designed. It can extend the limit of machine and be easy to arrange to production line.
