Carton Over Printing Machines

Jacsons Engineers offers Carton Over Printing Machines, JE/CPM06/01. It is a high-speed automatic machine. Features: AC drive for fine operation; adjustment of lock bottom carton; accurate registration; automatic feeding; counting arrangement; neat and sharp printing; and conveyor belt system. The operation is very simple. Stick the rubber stereo matter on the printing block feed ink on the lapping roller, adjust printing block and stack uniformly cut cartons on the channel. Set carton thickness setting rubber and adjust feeding blade. Move the knob by hand, and observe operation. Print 5/6 cartons manually to see impression. Now start the machine by adjusting the needed speed. Technical data: speed - 3 speeds, 100/150/200 per minute, depends on label shape and size adjustable by AC drive; printing area - 45 mm x 45 mm; carton range - max 280 mm x 305 mm/min 38 mm x 102 mm; and geared motor - 440/230 V 3-phase, 1400 RPM (50 Hz), 0.25 HP/ 0.18 kW AC. Applications include pharmaceuticals, foods, pesticides, agro, cosmetic, distilleries, beverages, chemicals, packing industries, etc.
