CANTILEVER TYPE EDMs

Toolcraft offers Cantilever Type EDMs, Model G75. It is used to handle heavy die blocks with fixed table and XYZ slides on the electrode head. The stationary table is provided with a fixed tank or a rise and fall work tank. Models: Model G75 (750 x 400 mm table size); Model G100 (1000 x 600 table size); Model G120 (1200 x 800 table size); and Model G150 (1500 x 1000 table size). Spark generators up to 400 A are offered with these models. These machines are ideally suited for large moulds such as air-conditioner/ cooler covers, TV moulds, bucket moulds, large forging dies, etc.
