Braiding Machinery

Machine Co designs and manufactures braiding machines for high and low pressure hoses, cables, ropes, composite braid- ings, and non asbestos square packings. The latest line for production of wire braiders and yarn braiders runs faster and offers new DC control panel. This provides variable speed. A back trip switch electrically shuts the system down when a wire or yarn breaks, or an empty bobbin occurs. This braiding machines are available in horizontal as well as vertical models, with up to 96 spindles and more, which can braid from 12 mm to 200 mm OD.
