Bevelling Machine

Surindra/Mukat Group offers a Bevelling Machine, Model CHP-12. This machine performs 2, 9 m/minute bevel to receive welding seams with 12 mm, depth in plates up to 40 mm, thickness and 40 kg/sq.mm strength. All machines can be fitted with 35º-37-5º-45º angle varying devices. Characteristics: motor power – 3 HP; voltage – 220/380 V, 50 Hz, 440 V, 60 Hz; electrics box – with minimum voltage trip switch, emergency, mushroom-type stop button and magneto-thermal protection, running inverser-switch; bevelling length per minute – 2.9 m; max bevel depth with 40 kg/sq.mm materials – 12 mm; max bevel depth with 50 kg/sq.mm materials – 10m m; bevelling angle – 30º; bevelling angle thickness – 6 to 40 mm; and net weight of the machine – 65 kg.
