Bar Automat, Single Spindle Automatic

Qua-Tech Industries manufactures single spindle automatic bar automat (Models A-16 and A-26). The maximun bar capacity of Model A-16 is 16 mm round, 13 mm hex and 11 mm square. For Model A 26, it is 26 mm round.22 mm hex and 18 mm square. The stroke length of cross slide is 22 mm by 1:1 cam ratio and stroke length of vertical slide is also 22 mm by 1:1 cam ratio. The tailstock travels 10 mm to the maximum and drilling capacity is 13 mm by collet type quill. The two spindle drilling and threading attachment, motor side has 13 mm drill cap, 8 mm threading cap and the small thread cutting attachment has 45 mm threading cap. The machine is provided with standard accessories like heavy table with wide oil basin on which the machine is mounted, coolant tank, coolant pump with filter and pressure control, an all-electrical system built with control and safety, machine lamp with oil guard stand, automatic elect and shutter for auto stop and a bar stock pipe and stand with gravity pusher arrangement.
