Baroda Machinery Manufacturers (BMM) offers a Ball Mixer for core sand preparation by C02 Beta Set inorganic bonding process. Reliability, sturdy design and excellent mixing results are the key features of these ball mixers. The spherical mixing chamber has no corners or edges, ensuring thorough mixing of materials. The mixing ball halves as well as the mixing blades are particularly robust and durable. During the mixing process, the material flows over the blades and upwards along the mixing ball halves, making continuous wave movements. In the process, the material grains are also spun around. These two movements ensure thorough mixing of the material, resulting in highly homogenous material. Long service life of the machine parts and the shape of the mixing chamber, these machines require only minimum maintenance and cleaning, and offer great reliability in production. Special features of BMM ball mixers: high throughput capacities; uniform mix quality; economical exploration of the used raw materials; and robust and sturdy technology providing machines and installations with a long service life. Technical data: Models – M 30-A, M 60-A, M 100-A and M 200-A; batch size – 30, 60, 100 and 200 kg; mixing time – 25-30, 25-30, 35-40 and 40-50 sec; motor power – 5.0, 7.50, 7.50 and 10.0 HP; and mixer height – approx 1570, 1600, 1730 and 2000 mm.
