Automatic Riveting/Eyeleting Machines With Multiple Heads

Bharat Mechanical Works has developed multiple head riveting/eyeleting machines with autofeed mechanism for rivets/eyelets (pneumatically operated). Different models include: single head, double head, triple head, and quadruple head machines. These machines offer an extremely cost effective way of doing tedious and labour-intensive operations such as riveting/ eyeleting. An unprecedented thirty-fold increase in productivity leads to a corresponding thirty-fold reduction in manpower. The die and punch sets are so designed as to eliminate the need for pre-punched holes with brass/MS eyelets or rivets on soft sheets such as PP, card paper/board, leather, fabric, etc. For working with solid rivets of steel, BMW has integrated a hydro-pneumatic cylinder for additional power. The all-steel C frame body provides ruggedness for operating at high pressures for solid and heavy steel rivets. For use with rivets/eyelets of different sizes, the feeder set and the die-punch set can be replaced without disturbing the basic machine. These machines find applications in the manufacture of stationary items such as files, folders, calendars, luggage-tags, footwear and leather articles; garments; photo albums; tarpaulins, electrical and electronic hardware; industrial and domestic fans; and umbrellas.
