Automatic rivet setting machine

Stanley Machine Tools offers short post rivet setting machine. They are electro-pneumatically operated and equipped with standard short post of 225 mm (9"). This user-friendly machine is automatic rivet feed type, equipped with hopper, track/magazine for feeding semi-tubular rivets/eyelets through the pocket. It has capacity to set rivets from 1 to 6 mm rivet shank dia and 1.5 to 16mm (5/8") length, having spindle stroke 50 mm (2"), and is equipped with set of anvil and punch. This machine is suitable for setting rivets of electronic/electrical, assemblies/parts, jewellery, toys, house hold domestic appliances, optical instruments, camera parts, automobile clutch liners, break liners, leather products, baggage industries, refrigerator deep freezers joints and many more applications.
