Electrovert"s Omniflo Series of controlled atmosphere, forced convection reflow soldering systems is a true family of ovens. It is available in 5,7 and 10 zones, each OmniFlo features the same design standards and robust construction. The new design minimizes the number of parts and makes structural components server multiple functions. OmniFlo"s frame is based on custom extrusions, which serves as support members for the tunnel, wireways for thermocouples, hardware mounting platforms and plumbing feeds for nitrogen. This critical design element eliminates separate tunnel supports, copper plumbing, and the need to drill and tap rails for retrofits. Because of its unique design, the OmniFlo can be produced in different lengths and number of zones for a full range of systems competitively priced to meet any process need.
