Low Dross Solder Bar

Sumitron Exports offers a low dross solder bar developed by Litton-Kester Solder, Singapore. This solder bar is specially designed to decrease the amount of dross generated in a wave solder or dip solder process and also improves soldering performance. It is manufactured with virgin metals, which meet the high standard of Ultrapure line of solder bars. The bar exceeds the requirements of QQ-S-571F for allowable impurity levels. The benefits of low dross solder bar are: 25 to 35% lower drossing, reduces solder consumption, defect rates and touch up, improved soldering of densely-populated assemblies and more connections per kg of solder bar. Standard Sn63, Pb37 and other alloys are also available.
