Sigma Link offers the new precision sheet metal fabrication system, E5 Works Center, from Finn-Power Lillbacka of Finland. This is a new generation, 6-axes, precision sheet metal fabricating system, that can punch, nibble, upform, bend, cut, mark and tap in a single set-up. The punching process of the E5 Work Center combines electrical servo technology with mechanical power transmission. The net result is a system with both flexibility and amazing accuracy. This new approach to precision sheet metal fabricating features: excellent forming properties with no die interference; intelligent tool management technology for easy settings; user-friendly operator interface via touch screen control; servo system for the ultimate in fabrication accuracy; and low energy consumption.
