J Perrot Enterprises offers Turret Press Centre. This is designed in "Eletek" technology. The machine ram is therefore a fully controlled axis with the characteristics and flexibility of an electrical axis, which has great precision, full control and programmability. The power that the "Eletek" system can supply is considerable and allows using the machine not only on reduced thickness but on thick sheets as well. The advantages of the "Eletek" technology are ecological and economical. In fact the removal of the hydraulic unit eliminates all problems related to the periodical waste of a large quantity of polluting material (oil) and the extremely low power requirement, which is of about 3 kW/h at full power, considerably reduces the machining cost and the requirement of installed power.
