Pilot Machinery Corporation offers hand operated Toggle Presses. Features: rigid cast-iron construction; precise, smooth ram movement; adjustable work head height; precision-ground ram guide; accurate alignment of ram bore and table bore; accurate depth control; spring-loaded return motion offset hand lever. Pilot toggle presses can develop a high compression force of 600 kg with relatively low pressure on the hand lever. Concentric alignment of the ram bore and the table bore eliminates the need for expensive die-set tooling and facilitates quick and exact loading of tools and fixtures. These presses are ideal for operations where the entire force of the toggle transmission is needed only at the end of the stroke. Manufactured to high quality standards specifically for precision operations, these low cost presses ensure high efficiency and repeat accuracy. Standard features: Ø 40 x 70 cylinder, hand lever, spanner and connectors/tubing. Optional features: foot pedal, two hand push button (pneumatic/electrical), 'T' slot table and electric timer.
