Sintering Press

Kejetherm Sintering Press is ideal for manufacturing diamond wheel segments, diamond tools, honing tools and sintered products. It is designed and manufactured to International Standards and commercially proven design by Keje Thermoweld Equipments. This sintering press is available in three capacities: 25 kVA/8T, 50 kVA/10T and 75 kVA/12T. Custom built sintering presses are also supplied. Features include: robust construction, entirely automatic cycle except loading of the mould, low maintenance cost and precise temperature control. These sintering presses are available with computer based controller having advantages such as storing of program for future use and instant recall, data acquisition of various parameters, viewing and printing of present or previous data, software lock for security, and no separate timers, logic controllers or temperature controller are required.
