Kaushico Machine Tools Pvt Ltd offers high speed Single/Two Point Presses. These are steel plated fabricated, double sided, double column in single piece (‘H’ frame) construction, ungeared, fixed stroke with variable speed AC drive motor, pneumatic friction clutch combined with brake unit, along with hydraulic jam release device. These are equipped with electro-pneumatic safety controls to give: foot single/foot continuous; two hand single; inching; clutch ‘on’ and ‘off’ position. Production is what the KHS/DHS is made for. Production means operating a tool at the highest stroke rates without risking breakage. It also means getting the largest number of parts from a tool between regrinds. This is only achieved if the tool is operated correctly, which requires stiffness, accuracy, and just the right tonnage from the machine. The machine is equipped with hydraulic jam release device. In case of jamming, there is no breakage of parts and it takes less than a minute to make the press operational again. Standard accessories: PLC controlled; electrical suitable for 400/440 V, 3-phase, 50 cycle, AC mains including variable speed motor; hydraulic jam release device; motorised/Ml ram adjustment; solenoid valve; rotor seal; automatic lubrication pump; filter, regulator and lubricator unit; cam limit switch; air reservoir tank; slide counter balancers; surge tank for air counter balancer; foot switch; foundation drawing; instruction manual; and stroke counter.
