Technocomm Engineers offers H type Single Point Power Presses in capacity ranging from 160 tonnes to 1600 tonnes. The company is engaged in sales, service, refurbishment and erection/commission of power presses, CNC machines, and SPMs for machining and testing machines for wheels and tyres. It also has a Fabrication Division for material handling equipment and storage systems.
- The base, uprights, cross beam and slide, which are all welded structure, positioned by positioning bushing and corrected through hydraulic pre-tightening force bolts
- Triple drive mechanism, one is belt drive, and two are gear transmission which include high speed herringbone gear and low speed straight gear
- Rods and slide connected through guide pillars and bushes, which have four or eight guide rails
- The slide adopts hydraulic overload protecting device, which controlled imported pump valve
- Die height adjusts automatically, also with digital display
- Lubricating system include thin oil circulating lubrication dense oil regular lubrication
- Assist equipments are optional, such as vibration isolators, uncoiler, leveller, feeder, shears, blanker, robot palletizer, etc.
