The LVD Group is a manufacturer of a comprehensive range of sheet metal/plate working machine tools and software solutions, including laser cutting systems, punch presses, press brakes, guillotine shears and mid-level automation systems, integrated and supported by its CADMAN PC based Windows compatible software. The products are made at a well-equipped manufacturing infrastructure with high emphasis on quality. Punch presses, having a huge application in the automotive industry, are used to shape metal to make auto parts like floor pans, brake pad plates, number plates, etc. The company's punch press series, Strippit PX is designed using the Pullmax single head concept and employs Trumpf-style tooling. It combines punching, forming, bending and tapping in a single machine for complete workpiece processing, which includes processing of complex, three dimensional parts. The Strippit PX series provides high speed punching of up to 505 hits per minute on 25 mm centres and up to 1650 hits per minute marking stroke and can bend parts up to 90 mm in length. The Strippit PX-1530 is the first model launched in the series and handles workpieces up to 1524 x 3048 mm without repositioning in material thicknesses up to 6.34 mm.
