Hensel India is well equipped to meet the needs of the sheet metal forming industry globally. Developed at the company’s facilities in Bangalore, India, these products are exported to Europe. The H Series of presses are designed for accuracy, faster set-up, reliability and versatility. Assured safety of the operator, the environment and investment, the H Series of eccentric presses include: open-front presses up to 6,300 kN press capacity in 1 and 2 crank versions; automatic punching and forming presses with planetary gear units up to 10,000 kN press capacity; and coilers, straightening machines and feed technology. The open front H-Series is a universal machine for a wide range of applications – for manual loading, automatic operation and also for different operating mode combinations. It meets all safety and accident prevention regulators.
Rigid frame structure: the press frames are made from high alloy cast iron, which gives extreme rigidity.
Hydraulic clutch and brake systems: the heart of the-press is the hydraulic clutch and brake system. This gives consistent control at all operating speeds. Single continuous and incremental inch settings ensure total flexibility during press-operations and setting. In addition, Hensel also offers pneumatic clutch and brake system.
Eccentric shaft: the eccentric shaft, made from heat treated CrNiMo steel is homogeneously forged and can withstand severe stresses. Anti-friction bearing in the clutch area ensures constant bearing clearance and a long service life of the hydraulic sealing system.
Flywheel drive: drive direct from the motor pulley to the flywheel. This is preferred for economical punching at higher stroke frequencies.
Belt gear: quiet running, high performance at low speeds. Ideal for embossing, bending, piercing, notching, trimming, shallow forming operations.
