Universal Engg Works manufactures hydraulic presses up to 3,000 tonne. The deep drawing hydraulic press of 500 tonne capacity has a bed size of 2,000 x 1,400 mm. Total stroke is 600 mm. This fully automatic press has all the features like prefilling, auto slow, auto reverse, etc. Die cushion is fitted in the lower part of the press. All the functions are controlled by PLC control fitted in the panel board. This press is suitable for automobile and sheet metal industries, railways, etc. The company also manufactures compression moulding, rubber moulding, leather embossing, plywood presses, hydraulic shearing machines, special purpose presses and power packs.
